Goldstar Hi-Cover Emulsion is an styrene acrylic based paint for use on all wall surface including cement,concrete,brick hard & soft board,as well as new and previously painted walls. Goldstar Hi-Cover Emulsion is also recommended for skimming concrete surfaces. It mixes well with gypsum powder and has a sufficiently long pot life. The skimming part to be covered withskimming undercoat.
